Do I have hsv-1.

Really not sure what I have here. Symptoms started around 6 months ago after unprotected sex. Felt a slight burning sensation in my penis the day after. Over the course of these months  I would get outbreaks of a moderate amount of pain up and down my shaft and leg with no lesions, sometimes I feel like I have to pee while nothing comes out. I've heard that hearses can sometimes feel like a razor blade when you pee out of your penis. My pain has been nowhere near that bad (even now).  Even when it proceeded to get worse over these months it never got to that point of pain. Most days I would have a burining sensation underneath the skin up and down on random areas on my shaft every night. My testicles started to have a lot of pain however like I was getting kicked in them. Went to the doctor to get tested for the testicle pain. ( At that time though I was between an outbreak of pain), he said I didn't have any swollen lymph nodes, and my urine test showed no example of a U.T.I while also being negative for chlymidia and gohnerrea. Also my ultra sound came back negative for anything regarding my testicles. He gave me some medicine (forgot the name) and the pain got better in my testicles. The pain and tingling in my penis and leg lasted however, and over the last couple of months has gotten worse. There still isn't any lesions anywhere on my penis. I have no pain near my anus. I really have no idea what's going on, could somebody help answer? Could this be an anxiety disorder?
