http://www.westoverheights.com/genital_herpes/handbook/view_the_chapters.html   see if this link works for you.   evidently my fingers were moving too fast so I forgot a few letters when I posted - sorry about that!

you can treat your herpes when you are pregnant. many obgyn's even allow suppressive therapy throughout pregnancy.  Talk to your obgyn again about treating your ob's during pregnancy. Still early enough in your pregnancy to switch providers if need be if this one is strictly do not treat them and have a c section. No reason for you to suffer needlessly!

If you've never checked out the herpes handbook at www.westovheights.com, I recommend doing so. There is a whole section on herpes and pregnancy.

are you treating your herpes while pregnant so you are more comfortable?  If so, with what and how much?

Has your provider recommended starting you on daily suppressive therapy in the pregnancy doses for the last month of pregnancy to help reduce the odds that you'd have an active lesion at the time of delivery so you can avoid a c section? no obvious lesions at the time of delivery and the risk of transmitting herpes to your baby is less than 1%.

The odds that you have herpes on your breasts are incredibly low.  No reason not to breast feed your baby.
