Herpes And Bladder Issues?

I am positive for HSV2, and I get monthly outbreaks the week before my period. Well back in November I got a bladder infection the week before my outbreak and was treated and I was fine. Well last week I got another bladder infection, and had a prescription for macrobid so I completed the course, and subsequently came down with a yeast infection. Treated that, and now I have my monthly outbreak, except I woke up with the bladder issues yesterday, I'm afraid of taking antibiotics, and I don't have insurance. My question is can HSV2 cause bladder, UTI issues? Is it just coincidence it's around the same time as my outbreak? I have a a Zpack I could take but, do not want the yeast issues too!!
