Ok thank you for your guidance. So worse case here would be HSV 1 which I'm pretty sure I have had for long time. It does burn like a cold sore so that's why I was getting alarmed.
That's hard to answer in absolutes. When hsv is newly acquired it usually will have a primary. It can go without one and be asymptomatic. That will usually stay that way. It still doesn't sound like a lesion and again hsv2 is rarely an oral infection. You can pretty much rule out hsv2. You can always have your Dr take a look.
Hsv lesions are superficial or on the skin. If it's a bump that is under the skin as well then it's not hsv
Main reason I was concerned is because it starting looking like a blister rather then pimple white head. So symptoms can't lie dormant for 7 weeks?
Nothing you describe sounds like hsv at all. Your sore throat seven weeks later is not hsv. Your pimple sounds like a pimple or ingrown. I get them from time to time. Oral hsv2 is rare. It simply does not like the oral cavity. I wouldn't be concerned that this is hsv or any std. Hsv primary outbreaks usually take place 3-10 days after exposure. Not seven weeks.
