Herpes and handjobs?

Doctor I received a handjob while having massage about 4 weeks ago. I fear that I might have contracted herpes. There was absolutely no bodily fluids exchanged. However, I did notice a small blemish that appeared to be an engrown hair in my pubic hair area just about the base of my penis. It didn’t hurt, I popped it and noticed a tiny bit clear fluid and blood. It healed in 3-4 days later. I read a lot a post about how low the risk is to get something from this kind of sex, however, my penis won’t stop tingling and gentitals feel like there is muscle on them. I have had lower dull back pain for about a week and a burning sensation in my left armpit.
I went to the doctor the other day and am waiting my test results. They feel like it’s not herpes? But if it’s not herpes than what other std could it be? I don’t have any discharge or burning sensation when urinating.
This being such a low risk behavior what could this be that I’m experiencing? It is something.
Thank you

Thank you for your help. It just way to coincidental that all these symptoms started to develop 2 weeks after the handjob took place. The tingling in the tip of my penis And gentitals is very real.
I did have chlamydia 20 years ago in my 20s and I remember my lower back felt the same way.Its the only other time my lower back has hurt in this way. This is why I’m linking the pain to another std but like said it was just a handjob with no fluid being exchanged. I’m truly baffled by it.

Your tingling...etc are not primary hsv outbreak symptoms. You absolutely did not contract any std from the hand to genital contact. Even if her fluids were on her hand...still no risk.

Handjobs are no risk encounters. You did not contract hsv. Your pimple or ingrown hair is just that. Your armpit issue has nothing to do with herpes.
