is this herpes?

a few month ago I had unprotected sex, then the day after I went to pull my foreskin back and I struggled because it was so tight. once it had retracted I saw a build up of thick, smelly discharge, it was quite itchy and discomforting. Also a few days after I started to get a couple of red lumps, but they didn't seem like the normal herpes blister as they wernt filled with puss or anything. I bought some caneston cream and after a few weeks of using this it dyed down. it is now 4 month down the line and I have been fine, apart from 2 weeks ago where I got a red lump under my foreskin, I didn't even notice it was there until I went to go wash, it was pain free and not filled with anything. after a week it went away, and a few days later I got another but in a different place, this was also pain free, and I had a tiny tiny red spot like lump on the other side of my penis. I get an itch every now and again when the lump is there but nothing bad. I also had a strange 'tingling' feeling in my testicles.

could anybody give me any help? thanks.

Hi, only testing would confirm if you have herpes but from what your describing does not indicate a herpes outbreak but more of a fungal/yeast infection.

I'm not a man but from someone with frequent fungal/yeast issues, they can absolutely keep recurring. They can be really hard to treat also. Also, I gave my bf my yeast infection and he had that same tightness issue. I wouldn't really worry about it.

Thanks you. It's just the blister type lumps I'm afraid of,have you had any issues with these?

I do get a red bumpy yeast rash when I have bad yeast infections. The first time I freaked out but now I'm used to it. It's a wide spread rash, not just 1 or 2 bumps. They aren't sores, just red bumps. Apparently it's quite common. Think about diaper rash. Same thing.  Everyone is different. I would assume a herpes bump would turn into a sore/blister, not just go away. Like I said, I'm no expert on that. Did you use any lube by chance?  I have gotten my worst yeast infections when we used baby oil as lube. Horrible! Always use a water based lube!
