dr help itchy testicles scared possible herpes
hello dr 4 weeks ago i had protected sex in a massage parl right after finish she wipe me with a cloth later that night i started feeling a tingling sensation on my testicles it went to for about a week than i had a rash of small dots on my penis eent to the doctor and gave me a pill of fluconazole and antifungal cream but its been almost a month and it hasnt help am super worried the doctor told me it doesnt look like herpes cause i dont have any blisters just dots on my penis and that herpes wont give you symptoms that same day what do you think please help my balls are red ad itchy
Hi what your describing are not herpes symptoms but would appear fungal related.

thanks for your answer but if i had fungus woldnt the lotrimon or the fluconazole would cleared them by now?
Topical antifungals take time to work, sometimes a few weeks.. Gotta use them twice daily. I don't think one dose of (oral) diflican would work if the infection is on your skin (as opposed to a woman's vagina).
