Herpes help!!!

I went to a escort around two months ago. A week or two later I realised these small genital wart like growths on my shaft. Once these went, there was a single sore on my Pubic area it itched quite a lot then went away on its own. Was thinking it was Herpes. Now around 6 weeks on, my back has been aching a lot and so has my stomach I now have these bite on my arms which you can squeeze almost like blisters. I tested negative for syhpilis and HIV. Just confused as to what it could be as they don’t itch.

I also got a new tattoo, which in the healing process has been quite painful but no signs of infection. Can new tattoos cause an outbreak of herpes all over the body?

Quite confused by all this. Going to doctors in the next few days.

If anyone can answer this it would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Herpes are not wart-like growths, nor are they like bug bites. Herpes is rarely systemic (all over the body) except in newborns or those with severely compromised immune systems. (You do not have this or you would be quite ill.)

Whatever is going on, you need to be seen if you haven't already. Good luck!
