I am men 30years , I am a extremely sad and confused. Recently( oct 31)I resived unprotected oral sex from men, after 4 days I had burning sensation in the genitals,2 days later 3 maybe 4 red bumps (they did not hurt, itch, burn)appear on head of pennies(No Pain) went clinic, doctor told me that is herpes and he told me to take HSV1 & HSV2 test, then report came negetive(after 10 days from exposed),I do not have any type of discharge,few days later red bumps disappear and rashes in the genital areas than so many very small red bumps on my pennies, no pain,i went to see the diffrent doctor he told me that is not herpes...There is burning in my urethra,i confused
please help me....

not likely this is whitlow at all. whitlow hurts like a s.o.b and hangs around for much longer. it also isn't likely to appear on both hands like this either.

Past 15 months, Every 30 to 45 days I am having pain and burning sensation in the genital.

12 days before, my girl friend gave me hand job around 2 minutes. after 2 days  rashes on both hands and leg ,few small pimple filled with clear liquid, Dr told us that is mosquito bite 10 days later small pimple ( filled with clear liquid ) appear his outside between  pinky and palm left hand (end of pinky finger), 2 to 4 days than disappear. Than appear right hand same location like left hand. Hands became itchy, there is no pain.
Its looks herpetic whitlow?it affect both hand and leg like that ?

odds are these symptoms are not herpes related. continue to follow up on them with your regular provider or a dermatologist.

Past 10 months I am confusing with my symptoms, pimples on my upper thigh, its coming regularly. On my hand palm having red tiny spots coming and few days it will disappear.

hsv sores stay like that?(Around 3 to 4 days than disappear, and appear again on my two thigh )

I'm not sure what test is being done since you aren't in the US.  

did your provider say that your results are negative once again?

After 120 days (16 weeks) from exposed
Result came -ve
HSV   I  IgG    AI        :0.40  
HSV  2  IgG    AI        :0.30
Last month came low +ve with this diagnostic centre
(HSV  2 IgG Ab      :2.20,     HSV  2 IgM Ab      :0.80)
Last two test came back –ve, so can I safely assume no hsv?
Or need to test again?

After 100 days (13 weeks) from exposed
I took HSV test with previous diagnostic centre, Result came -ve

HSV   I  IgG    AI       :0.06  
HSV  2  IgG    AI        :0.68

Past 20 days I have small pimples on my inner , outer thigh  and above the knee
And it is yellow color, no pain, no group of pimples. Around 3 to 4 days than disappear, and appear again on my two thigh. Past 10 days I have pain in tip of genital.
Past 110 days ….. Confused lot.

I have no idea what your confirmatory testing options are in asia. you'll need to seek out those answers from a local herpes support group that is familiar with your options locally.

yes, having hsv2 increases your risk of contracting hiv if your partner has hiv.

your hsv2 is still a low positive. at this point now that you retested and got a low positive you will need to confirm it with additional testing. wait another month  and get a herpes WB blood test done or a biokit hsv2 igg - whichever you can get easiest.

Could it be Syphilis?  From what I've heard, Syphilis can cause bumps on the hands.  You may want to look that up.

After 97 days (13 weeks) from exposed

I took HSV test with different diagnostic centre ,Today I got Result came +ve for HSV 2
I received the following result
Torch Panel
Method: Elisa/Serum  
HSV  2 IgG Ab      :2.20    
HSV  2 IgM Ab      :0.80
(Last week diagnostic centre test name – Serology)
Just 7 days
HSV2 IgG increased 0.65 to 2.20 (90 days & 97 days)
HSV2 Igm increased 0.307 to 0.80
That is conform HSV 2  ……? How accruate....?..... Finding HSV Game Over……

at this point, no real reason to think that you have herpes. if you continue to get any symptoms, be seen promptly for further work up to try to figure out what is going on.

you can't figure out if you have herpes or not from chlamydia testing.  repeat your herpes igg blood test at the appropriate time and go from there.

odds are the bumps on your hands  aren't std related. see your doctor for an additional work up or a dermatologist.  If these were herpes lesions on your hands, they would most likely hurt like a s.o.b.

I found sores on my hand and few on my hand palms, and then I took test

VDRL : Non-Reactive
HBs Ag: Negative

Urine culture and sensitivity
Gram stain                  : 1-2 epithelial cells/ oif and few pus cells seen
Organism grown        : pseudomonas aeruginosa
Colony count              : 60,000 cfu/ml

Doctor told me to take Ciprofloxacin500 mg for 5 days (1-0-0)
Still I have symptom of tiny little bumps on my penis.

Above symptoms related to herpes? or other STD.
Please help me, I confused..lot

thank you so much for the answer.he drunk Alcohol (vodka )at the time of exposure.that is my first and lost contact like that,any way i will test after 3 months.I confused any other infection or other STD ?

testing 10 days post encounter is far too early. you'll need to repeat your herpes testing 3 months after the encounter if you are concerned.

you were seen and told this wasn't herpes. no real reason to doubt it at this point. if you continue to have symptoms, be seen and follow up on them properly.

(After 10 days from exposed) I was tested for both HSV-1 and HSV-2 ,after blood test i took anti virus medicine o iuvir 400mg for 7 days(1-1-1)

HSV   I IgG Ab      :0.50    
HSV   I IgM Ab      :0.30    
HSV  II IgG Ab      :0.40    
HSV  II IgM Ab      :0.40

I found rashes in the genital areas,i took flagyl 400mg and Doxy-1L for 7 days(1-0-1)

what testing did you have done - blood test and/or lesion culture?

did you also have other urine testing done?
