Herpes or blisters

Do ihave herpes ..I have  red bumps nd they are little ones nd a medium sized one they dnt hurt or burn or itch..I popped some of them ..I chked evry where on my body and I dnt have any other blisters ..they are located between my  index an the finger to the left of it on my left hand nd I've had it for about 3days nd they are goin aways nd gettin less red
