desperately confused!!

Hi yall,I'm in need of desperate help!three weeks ago I had an unprotected sexual encounter with a guy I had considered to be a potential boyfriend,bt it was only for 2secnds because of the surroundings.and a week ago my real boyfriend which we had broken up at that time came back nd we reconciled and ddnt use any protection.the day after we had sex I had an itchy feeling around my vaginal inside nd clitoris,bt nothing visible came out.after two to three days it was painful when I urinated,nd inside the lips of my vagina(lubia)I had scarring as if I poked myself with a sharp object .it doesn't look like a pimple nor swollen but round with red trimming nd white inside and it hurts and buns like hell!!when I put on vicks vapor rub and it eases the pain and the itchy-ness.pls plz help in advising seeing as I'm confused whether its sexually transmitted or what..

Hi, since your irritation is topical, it would most often be fungal related. Herpes sores are not white heads but clear liquid filled. Symptoms common to stds, like gono or chlamydia would be a white vaginal/urethra discharge, pain inside the urethra while urinating. Symptoms of Trich would be a green vaginal discharge. You might want to have a visit with your gyno to make sure all is ok.

I recommend u go see a doctor if that lesion is still there so they can swab and test.   Grace had said in many posts that since the sex was unprotected, you should test for all stds at the appropriate time but since u have lesion/ sore ... Get it check out ASAP to have a peace of mind.  If it's negative and may just be from sex, please use protection at all times and be smart!   I have learned thru this experience is nothing is worth this kind of stress.  I pray this is nothing for u but please get it check out.
