I had a red pimple on scrotum with legs pain and right lymp nodes alittle bit swollen and tingle top of penis. I used a cream on it for two days and on 2nd day I tried to force it to buz came with alittle bit blood. on 3rd day I went to STD clinic and had a swab test and the result came back negative. I'm still have a pain in my buttoak down to my both legs back and front.
DO I need any more test to confirm ? My partner positive for genital herpes.

you really don't need more blood testing. follow up on your symptoms when you have them as I've told you numerous times now.

I have absolutely nothing else to add. If you are concerned about anything going on , you need to be seen.  nothing else we can help you with since your herpes blood tests were negative 4 months after the last time you had sex.
