Herpes!!

Here goes my story seeking assistance.

35 Year old male, had unprotected oral on 23 rd April 2010 with a CSW. This was very short (with intervals) may be thrice, as there were people around, only pants unzipped, as this happened in a night club in Uganda, Kampala. No ejaculation and no other events/exposure. I am also circumcised. Next day felt a little itch on the penis (probably due to masturbation), Took Azithromycin (500 mg, 3 doses) and itch was gone. After a couple of weeks felt fever like symptoms, felt heat in the body, but no actual fever. (measurement was highly normal through digital thermometer), went to a doctor, after examining gave ciproflaxacin for 5 days (500 mg twice a day). Took test for HIV (Elisa) at 9 and 14 weeks, was negative.

3.5 months later (9th of August 2010) again at the same place met a different CSW, no touching of either genitals, just touched her thighs. Both were fully dressed. She wore a skirt. She gave a wet lick on my ears couple of times. I also inserted my finger in her mouth, for a very short period, and licked her upper arms (once would be less than 2 seconds). Immediately the next day (as I remember, probably after 24 hours or so), I got a pimple like on top of the buttlocks. Started healing within 3 days,  and it left a black spot,  (decolourization) . There were some four/five pimples on my face also on the same day or the next, left scar (decolourization, black spot) on the face after healing (like acne).  Then there was another pimple on the left stomach,(4-5 weeks later approximately) leaving a black spot, scar like. I am worried whether I would have got exposed to some kind of STD/STI (gonnorhea, Chamyldia, Herpes, HPV etc, please assess my situation and provide me your valuable suggestions. Recently took ESR blood test (for some other reason) it was Normal.

Does the symptoms resemble Herpes or some other STDs? please assist.

ejaculation has nothing to do with std transmission risk.

you were not at risk for std's from licking a csw or putting your finger in her mouth as you described.

nothing you've mentioned sounds std related.  From this point forward, you should not be treated with antibiotics unless you have a + test result from testing.

a sed rate blood test is not an indicator of std infection.
