Herpes?

I recently recieved an unprotected blow job from someone I didn't know. About 4 days after a stinging sensation started just when I started peeing, I have rarely incurred this before, I did also notice about 3 days later about 6 small bumps just under the tip of the penis these bump have remained unchanged and tend to be skin color.... the piece of skin between the tip of the urethra and the bottom of the penis seems to red and irrated. Nether the tip or the bumps are sore to touch, other than some tingling in the legs and pelvic achiness I feel fine..I did have some slight discomfort in my testicles on and off. I am trying to believe that the pelvic pain has been from my constant pacing and anxiety. I also forgot to mention the pain with urination goes away if I drink a couple of bottles of water.

viral nongonococcal urethritis is extremely rare. My urologist has never seen it in 30 years of practice and it would be extremely painful. I though I had it at one point till he an several other doctors told my it doesn't really happen. I thing I learned about medicine is they compensate for any possibility. Even if things don't typically occur a doctor will still allow for a hypothetical risk. The best thing you can do is stop reading on the internet and get tested.

I am in a 100% committed relationship. The error in judgement was due to over drinking. I had no idea what was happening and then was like WTF... seemed so surreal. I definitely have something going on.

Also wouldnt Herptic Urethis cause external lesions.. and be continously painful during urination?

hsv 1 or 2 are rarely transferred orally, although possible. 90% of people have hsv 1 already. A cold sore is hsv - 1. If you already have hsv 1 which most people do you can not catch it again. Hope this helps, God bless, try to use this event to change your risky behavior. There is no such thing as safe sex till your in a mutually exclusive relationship.
