Herpes?

So three months ago I noticed a rash from near top of thigh to almost my knees of small tiny non fluid filled rash like bumps, I figured maybe it was my boxer briefs and shaving that have brought it on but I've always shaved . Then I noticed a couple of small red bumps on my testicles that looked like maybe ingrown hairs could have caused ,non itchy and aren't filled with any fluid. This went on for like I said about three months until 3 nights ago I started to get small red bumps on my inner forearms they start from inner forearm at about the elbow and go to my wrists there scattered out and I've never been tested for stds I was thinking maybe this could be herpes ? But my rash doesn't look like any of the pics I've seen and could the 3 or 4 red bumps on my testicles be herpes ? They been there for 3 months never popped or healed over and went away like I've read they have just stood still. Well I'm going to get tested Tomorow morning from std express and they say results can take 3 days. Of these bumps on my forearms get any worse I was thinking of just going to the er to see what it is .

No, those infections can remain as small patch or spread to any particular sizing.

And if it was one of those infections wouldn't I have been covered in it by now  ?

I hope so well the doctors offices are closed right now I probably won't be able to get in for a week or maybe more I was thinking of just going to the er if these red rash bumps on my inner arms get any worse. Like I said I only have a couple of red bumps like 3 on my testicles that have been there for about 3 months and one on my scrotum that have just looked the same since I noticed them and it doesn't hurt to urinate or anything they don't itch. But I'm sure hoping it's not herpes

This is most unlikely herpes and probably not any STD so save your money just now. Get to a doctor to diagnose, it sounds more like strep/staph or fungus etc.
