A lot going on!

I've been in a monogomous relationship for almost 2 years. We live together, etc. I honestly don't think he would cheat on me...I know a lot of people say that but that's what I feel.

I am 29, white female. I was home in the states for two months and returned to Abu Dhabi on Aug 12. On Aug. 20, after having sex with my fiance (He's British.), we both noticed a pungent fishy smell. Everything I googled said that was a good sign for BV. I thought "Oh, I'll just take some probiotics and be ok." As the days went on, I started getting itchy and having large amounts of discharge. First it was white, then gray, green, and then thick yellow. I started developing a rash, lots of red bumps around my vagina, and I thought it was a yeast infection. My vagina was massivly itchy at this point but the rash itself did not itch. I took a course of Diflucan for 7 days, 50mg. It all cleared up to my relief, but now it is 3 weeks since what I thought was a yeast infection and my vagina is still slightly itchy. Sex hurts/is uncomfortable/itchy. I just don't feel like anything really got resolved. To top it off, yesterday, I looked down there and saw two small cuts between my vagina and anus. They aren's oozing anythinga and really just look like tears. I haven't been having rough sex because it hasn't been comfortable in the first place...

Ok, I think that sums everything up. Of course I'm worried about herpes like everyone else on here. Does this sound like herpes? Could it possibly be BV, yeast, and herpes? There's just so much going on and I don't know where to turn. It just seems odd that all of this is happenning 2 years in.... Also, are the Dr. forums all closed now? i tried to post there but they aren't accepting questions. Also, I posted this in the Herpes forum but thought I would cover my bases. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hi and welcome. To confirm herpes have a blood test or have the sores swabbed but this should be done within 48 hours after appearing to be accurate. Does this appear as a herpes outbreak? No it does not as that area is not a common place for sores to develop but around your immediate vaginal area. Having a yeast or bv infection can cause itch and burning as are fungal related. Normal flora grows out of control from a change in your skins pH.
You might want to have a follow up with your OB as may need some fungal cream to help get back to normal.
I would avoid sex and let your body heal.
