How accurate is a herpes IGG test at 5 weeks?

Had a risky encounter, started having a red inflamed Urthea, then I started to have some small red bumps around genitals... can’t be sure if they are herpes or not. Was tested at 2 weeks for everything. All negative

Then just herpes again at 36 days and it was igg negative

Should I still worry? What are the odds of it turning positive after 5 weeks.

And it was one single encounter

I spoke with my doctor and the Std people and they said 4-6 weeks after exposure IGG tests are 97% accurate ? Is this not true and if so where is the 50% coming from
