How likely is someone to catch genital HSV1?
I have genital HSV1. I use condoms and take daily acyclovir. Recently girlfriend started having more painful menstrual cramps to the point that she has to lay down or double over. Usually for a night and better with advil. I am afraid she may have gotten my HSV1. How likely would that be as safe as we have been.
