Oral HSV-1 Update
Well the streak is over....14 months later I got another cold sore. Crud! It's my fault, I went on a bender of crap food, chocolates, lots of processed food, nuts, and my favorite fresh peeled oranges (which also are sure fire triggers for me), oh and alcohol. I have upped my BHT to 750mg and hit the darn thing with Lemon Balm all day to help play defense, tomorrow morning we'll see if it pays off. Sleep time is when the real test always is, and the most likely time the darn thing gains ground. As a measure against this I plan on pressing a fresh slice of garlic to it for a min or two then right before bed soaking it with OOO (86% Carvacrol). Wish me luck.
