Don't underestimate what yeast and bacterial infections can do down yonder.
Talk to your provider about going on weekly diflucan therapy for several weeks to try to get on top of this yeast issue. Also google femdophilus by jarrow and look into that. It's been proven to restore the "good" bacteria in the female urogenital tract ( unlike regular acidophilus supplements that don't ). Just remember to keep it in your fridge. Most "natural" stores carry jarrow products and can order it in for you or you can just order it online.

Small red bumps. Can be by themselves or 2 or 3 together. They just get smaller/flatten out and disappear. They never break open or crust over. A couple of weeks ago I started having symptoms that felt like a yeast infection coming. After 2 days I took a diflucan (fluconazole) and 4 days I developed a bump right below/in my clitoris! It really hurt! The pain subsided after 2 days. Two weeks later I swear the bump is still there but doesn't feel like anything. I'm not used to examining myself so closely so I'm not sure what it usually looks . Phone is ringing! gotta go!
This doesn't sound like hsv1 genitally. You have a history of hsv1 orally which explains your hsv1+ blood test. It's unlikely that you have hsv1 genitally too - it can happen but it's not likely.
You need to continue to follow up with your gyn and even a dermatologist would be a good idea to try to get to the bottom of this all. It sounds like perhaps you have a whopper of a yeast issue that isn't clearing up on its own with just topicals more so than herpes.

Could you describe the bumps in detail please. Are there more than one bump or a single bump? What happens as days go by with these bumps? Do they flatten out and crust over or do they just disappear?
