Hsv 2 positive for 4 months
Hi I have been having hsv2 of the genitals for about 4 months now , well I'm on my 2nd outbreak and I have some questions ,, thanks in advance you guys ..
Right now I am having a really bad outbreak and my penis just touched a really dirty toilet bowl as I was using the restroom my co worker is hiv positive and I used the restroom right after he used it ., I'm scared right now ., am I at any risk ?

HIV does not live on toilet seats. The increased risk is during unprotected sexual intercourse when there are open herpes sores.
Swab test from a sore . So if this keeps happening I will never be at risk if my penis with these sores keeps touching the toilets ? I have been very scared since my diagnosis since I read online that it's really easy to contract hiv when hsv2 is present
How were you diagnosed with genital hsv2? Also you had no risk for hiv from the diry toilet.
