I sniffed some dirty underwear from a woman and some bumps started showing around my lips does that mean i have herpes???

Herpes isn't typically red bumps, but maybe this is yeast? You need to get this checked by a doctor. You don't need to explain what you did if you don't want to - you can say that you performed oral sex on a woman.
