Hsv1 oral to genital transmission

Here is my dilemma:  I believe I have hsv1 oral and genital and was experiencing a primary oral outbreak and received oral sex from a partner after kissing me.

I have had 1 sore swabbed negative vaginal fluid swabbed negative and waitin results on a sore filled w white fluid that 2 drs have told me looked like bartholomee cyst.  Blood tests pending

Here is my question. Read lots of info on hsv1. Here are my concerns:
1.  My outbreak(s) have been continuous for 2 months. Consist of sores swabbing negative pain and burning in vaginal area and up and down both legs. No swollen glands no fever or flu like feeling. On occasion watery discharge. Seems like also annal fissures. Also tingling and numbness in arms and chest and lips sore and burning am tongue looks like has herpes sores all over including bumps. . I just started taking valtrex. Here's the thing this primary outbreak is insane and lengthy. Does that mean I am going to be that small percentage that gets herpes outbreaks all the time?  At most one sore in isolation on right side or 2 sores perenium on left side. All sore are not painful even when dr squeezes to get fluid out. Honestly I wouldn't notice try were there unless I was lookin very single day.

2.  My partner performed oral sex on me and I think I got it but I performed on him during my primary oral outbreak and he didn't get it. Strange. Is this possible?

3.  While experiencing my first genital outbreak which had a prodome period of 4 days (is that likely) and after vigorous sex during had burning sensation in vagina and abdominal pain. Went right away to dr an seen 5 drs since cervix looks fine. Everything looks fine. He had experienced no symptoms of genital or oral hsv1 infection durin what I believe we're my primary outbreaks. Weird? Drs did not see any sores within 3 days of this encounter just swollen and red.

4. Is this guy just lucky missing infection in 2 primary outbreaks?  Could he have antibodies already?
I am at a loss bc 5 drs said definitely not herpes but the leg and vaginal pain has been consistent for 2 months. Got tested for all other stds negative. Waiting for blood and another swab test

5. I have told my partner (casual) sore was negative and drs said not here but I failed to go into all the scientific detail of why hsv1 is so difficult to diagnose. He thinks I am OCD as most of the drs think it is psychosomatic. I feel I am stressed and have anxiety bc of the symptoms.  What are my next steps with getting a diagnosis. I have been to 15 dr appts all w assurance not herpes but how can everyone be so sure. My symptoms came 10 days after what I believe was my primary oral outbreak.

6. I feel I will never get properly diagnosed and am nervous I won't ever be able to have se again without the fear of infecting someone. I have been extremely depressed and am seclusion myself from friends and family. I don't know what my next steps are.  I am quite devastated.

Thank you so much for replying.  It is very nice of you to take the time to do that.  It made me very emotional to see that someone out there in cyberspace took the time to offer support.  BIg virtual hug!  I have been feeling quite lonely in this whole thing.  I think if my partner was a boyfriend it would be a bit easier, but it is a casual partner so i feel i can't ask for support.  He said he would get tested if I came back positive, so far I haven't.  I don't want to push it with him.  It is his choice.  He knows there is a risk, he is deciding it is not a significant risk and therefore is taking no action.  I am not going to beg him nor should I.  Although I have not engaged in any sexual activity with anyone for 2 months.  I don't know how long I can go.....

I went to the dr for swabs all within 24 to 48 hours of sores appearing.  So first one swabbed negative with thicker white/yellow pus (she had to really squeeze it deep to get something out....at first she didn't think anything was there).  The other time I got swabbed was for vaginal fluid 16 hours after I received symptom of abdominal pain (slight) and watery discharge.  Also came back negative but I figured it would, I don't think vaginal fluid is a good method to collect a sample but there was no sore so I think the dr did it to appease me. An additional time, I went and she popped the sore and said it wasn't herpes she's not going to swab.  So now that sores appeared in my perenium (I seem to get them here on and off but htey disappear quickly) I went to another dr to swab.  I just find it so weird, I have all these symptoms for 2 months.....on and off in various degrees of intensity.  Leg pain soreness, tingles, tingling inner thighs, burning itchiness, in vaginal area, sharp shooting pain in vaginal area (don't get that anymore).  Fisures in anus and some swelling. Face has pain and numbness in cheeks, lips, nose, and i feel a numbing sensation in my eye.  I feel like I am a walking petrie dish.....full of infection from head to toe.

Is it possible to get back to back outbreaks over 2 months?

No one I go to wants to do blood tests and I don't think the drs I am seeing have any sophistiction in blood work.

Hi.
1. Herpes sores are not white pussed filled but clear liquid and are only on one side at a time and most often breakout in the same area give or take an inch. If youve had numerous sores swabbed within 48 hours after appearing, i cant belieive all would be negativ. Swabs are most accurate for showing a positive but i can believe all your swabs would be negative. This would lead me to believe they are negative from a common sense point of view..

Leg tingling is called prodrome and is symptom of an old infection not recent so if your are positive it would be from back a while. Body ache and fever are a sympotom of a new infection and a sore would develop at point of contact like your vaginal area.
Consider both points above it is hard to conclude either way but the blood test will shed some light on your status.

2.yes its possible but maybe he did but did not have an outbreak.
3.Primary outbreaks and prodrome would not go together.
4.He should test as well.
5.wait for the blood test results and let us know.
6.The western blot is the best blood test for herpes.
