Interpretation of HSV 2 results time sensitive

Virgin female: herpes test came back as follow:

ANTICORPS ANTI-HSV2 (IGG)   > 200U/ML
(technique ALEGRIA)
25 POSITIVE

She went back to the lab the next day and asked them to get a herpeselect, apparently they don't have it there, they gave her this test:

AC antiHSV1+2 (IGG) : 453
(technique ALEGRIA)

25 POSITIVE

The lab told her that for sure she has HSV2 and they told her you could have got it from the public bathroom/showers which is popular in that country.

How is that possible?
