to give you something to compare it to, her risk of pregnancy while only on the birth control pill without condom use is 8%/year.

have you been tested yet to know your own status? if not, you need to seek out a type specific herpes igg blood test to see what type(s) you have so the two of you can make educated decisions about what precautions to take.
