I had sex in the shower the other day and less than 24 hours later noticed bumps
These bumps are on the lips of my vagina and I have one on my clit and one on my labia but the rest are all on the lips I am scared to death its herpes but also wonder if he shaves and his hair was growing back and I was wide open and the friction with lack of lubrication could have caused this is that possible?

Herpes symptoms wouldn't appear less than 24 hours later (no STD symptoms would). It could just be irritation. If it lingers, get it checked by your doctor.
