I have no idea what is happening to me

Hey everyone,
About 1 month ago i had u protected oral sex. The man i preformed on had a cluster of clear bumps under the head of his penis. I did not realize until after he precummed in my mouth and i pulled away.
I have been having headaches and the left side of my throat has a cobblestone appearance or it can even be a cluster of what he had on his penis on my pharynx. It burns alot and the first few days it just felt irritating. Now it really burns and hurts.
I also posted in the hiv thread as i am petrified i could have contracted hiv or another std. Does this sound like herpes in my throat?
Any opinions are really appreciated,
I went to the gyno for a fill std pnel about 1-2 weeks after exposire everything came out negative, i learned this may have been too early for a full pnel test- please help

A gyn for oral issues wasn't the best follow up. I'd see your regular provider or even an ENT specialist if your regular doctor is stumped.

Odds are this isn't herpes going on orally at this point. Also it's not likely you could've performed oral sex on a man who had an active herpes outbreak going on without him having considerable pain. I don't think he had herpes causing his bumps you noticed.
