I have constant outbreaks of coldsores on my hand. Every time a new infection starts I'm left exhausted. I just want to sleep and the day feels like I'm walking through mud.
I'm going to ask my GP about a maintenance dose of Acyclovir but is there anything I can do to boost my immune system?
