I was tested

I was tested and everything comes back negative but HSV 1 came back positive with the result of 45.40 and i am having a UTI what should i do ?

Well my guess is you have a long standing oral infection. Unfortunately there is no way to orove it unless you get lesions and have them swab tested. Hsv1 is very common as well over half the adult population has it.
If you do have a genital infection then you still don't need to be overly concerned as genital hsv1 sheds very little and transmission through intercourse is believed to be extremely rare.

The only problem that product will solve is the one of having too much money in your bank account.  There is no cure for herpes, and there is not, as they claim, any way to "expel" the virus from your body.

The best products are the well-known and widely-used antivirals prescribed by doctors, to be taken if and when you experience an outbreak.  If you never experience an outbreak, there is no need to take these antiviral medications. After an outbreak, a doctor may prescribe a maintenance dose of antivirals - and trust that this will be way cheaper and more effective than the snake oil "cure" linked above.
