Im terrified that I have herpes ! Please help!

Ok...I went out the other night and I met a really cute girl. We bar hopped around and she was buying me lots of vodka and we were both trashed. when we were walking to the car Three guys Beat me up and split my lip and chipped some of my teeth gave me a black eye eye and stuff. The bouncers from the bar chased them off and the girl took me back to my car. I was really drunk and a blacked out and I only remember bits and parts, I don't remember how we got back to her car but we did. I remember I was in the back seat of her car and we were kissing and she was naked I dont remember how I got naked, but she was trying to get my **** inside her I told her I could not have sex with her and she said she was on the pill. The only thing was that I had a REALLY bad case of Whiskey **** and could not perform. I ate her out and kissed up on her and that was about it we both just chilled naked in her back seat until we sobered up a bit...
after sometime we exchanged numbers and both went our separate ways. So I went along like nothing was wrong. My split lip healed, I got my teeth fixed ASAP and my black eye faded away and me and this girl have been talking/texting. So I'm sitting at home and its been about 4 days since the night I fooled around with this girl. I was jerking off to some porn when I noticed a bit of an itch on one side of my ****, I did not think anything of it but after I was done the itch returned. I looked at my **** in the light and saw small red bumps on my **** like a rash and a small small small slight itch. The FIRST thing I thought was...OMG I have an STD. I noticed ZERO pain when I pee, and the bumps are only on one side of my ****, my other side feels and looks totally normal. The Bumps don’t hurt at all and the itching is barely even noticeable.  I washed myself in the shower and hoped it was just some rash or something but when it did not go away the next day I went to see a Doc ASAP and get it checked out.
The Doc said he was not sure if it was Herpes because he said it did not look like herpes to him but that did not mean that it was NOT herpes...He took some blood and some samples for testing. He said it would take a WEEK for the tests to come back...longest week of my F-ing life. I have NEVER had sex before I met this girl and I was SOOOoOoOO Stupid to get so drunk with a cute girl like that. Now remember, I ate her out with a split lip from that fight...and I have NO bumps on my face or lips at all, but I dont know for sure. Im So scared I have a STD. Can anyone help me know what it could be other then herpes ? is my sex life totally over ? no girl wants to be with a guy who has herpes...I have not even told the girl whats been going on...I really like her and I dont want to call her out on giving me herpes when I dont know if it IS herpes 100%...but it sounds ALOT like herpes to me :( ... Please someone help ?

Why not try an otc jock itch cream awhile?

You'll have to wait 4 months after the encounter to get a type specific herpes igg blood test to see your status from this encounter.

The risk of contracting herpes from a one time naked encounter without actual sex is incredibly low. Try not to worry about it too much since even the provider you saw didn't really think they looked like herpes lesions.

thanks for the reply! Did not mean to offend anyone, I did not know that the word "****" was inappropriate .
Update: I had work today and the itching was back, but still very very mild. I was so focused on my work I did not even remember it until I sat down for a bit and it started up again. I checked myself out in the bathroom and the bumps have definitely gotten smaller and less irritated. Even though this is a very good sign, I'm still very shook up and scared.

I did some research on fungal infections and the symptoms I have sound more like an infection then the symptoms from herpes. I wont know 100% until I get the test back...even when I do I think I'm going to have them do a retest.

I'd guess this is a fungal infection, not herpes.

I'd also say that if you got beat that badly, and couldn't have sex, perhaps you are drinking too much.

Oh and so you don't keep getting the ****, use the word "penis."

New update: I was in the shower and gave my Penis a good washing with the lots of soup and water. After I got out I smeared some lotion on the tip and it feels  ALOT better. There is Zero itching now and I dont know if it is my imagination and wishful thinking but the bumps seem to have gone down and there is less redness now after only a few hours. I dont know maybe it is just some kind of infection ? Anyone have any thoughts? with less bumps and no itching I'm feeling a lot better that maybe this was not an STD.
