I'm unclear about some facts on HSV-1

I was diagnosed via blood test with Genital HSV-1 three years ago which was my last outbreak. I am unclear with all the information on the internet. My main questions are can I give my partner genital HSV-1 by way of genital to genital sex? Also, can I give my partner genital or oral HSV-1 by way of oral sex? I am also unclear about genital HSV-1 and viral-shedding, is viral shedding frequent or less frequent wih Genital HSV-1? Since I have Genital HSV-1, is it possible to transfer it to someone else by kissing them?
