Is it herpes?

Recently, I have noticed about 3 small bumps on the lower right hand side of my pubic area. They appear to be filled with some kind of liquid. They do not itch, hurt or burst easily. I have had them for quite a  few weeks now and nothing has changed. There is a similar bump on the upper left corner of my pubic area. I have never had unprotected sex with my girlfriend or anyone else. I'm not sure what they are or if I should be concerned about them. Any ideas what they could be?

Hi, they dont fit the profile of herpes sores as from appearing, they are painful, break open and scab over and heal in about 2 weeks.. May just be simple pimples.
