Is this Herpes?

About 3 months ago I had protected sex with a girl I did not know.  I know dumb!  2 days later I began experiencing soreness that felt like it was inside the head of my penis.  It progressed to my scrotum and then burning sensation and redness on my anus.  During the second week I had about a half a day with nausea and an unsteady feeling.  The burning/ pain feeling lasted a little over 4 weeks and gradually subsided.  Never any sores.  At 2 weeks out I tested for everything with the acception of HIV as I was told there is nearly 0 chance of this with protected sex.  Everything came back negative but I am sure that was too soon for Herpes.  As a precaution I took antibiotics in week 2 that an online pharmacy prescribed to cover all treatable STD's.

1 month without any additional symptoms and all of a sudden everything began to return.  This time not as strong as the first but now on week 6 of this episode and symptoms are still there.  Additionally, I've begun experiencing tingling in my feet, hands, inner thighs, face, and lower back.  This is mild but definitely there.  I did have gastric bypass 18 months ago so it is possible that the tingling could be a result of a vitamin deficiency or potentially the anxiety all of this has caused.

I never had any sores throughout any of this.  Is this herpes or something else?

I'm not clear about that.  The symptoms really aren't consistent with any other condition that comes immediately to mind.

It was negative but that was only 2 weeks out.  I just got the results from an HIV home test and it too was negative.  If not herpes or all other tested STD's what could this be?

This sounds nothing at all like a herpes infection.  Genital herpes would not cause symptom in your face, hands face, etc.  You mentioned that you were tested for everything but HIV.  Were you actually tested for herpes?  HSV 1 and 2?  And what was the result?
