Is this a pattern for GHSV1?

Hi .. i have this recurrent red patch on my penis glans .. that developed 7 weeks after unprotected oral (Jan 7) . This lesion is totally asymptomatic and didnt change in shape.. no blister, no sores.. however, 1 day after lesion developed, it had like white flakes skin cover it.. when i remove the white flake .. it become red like before but without change of the skin texture.
Ive been seen by 3 dermatologist, none of them see any sign of hsv
The lesion keeps coming back every 2 week for the past 3 months untill now and im lost .. it start as red then white flakes and when i use hydrocortisone, it disappear but come back after 2 weeks

Just for your info .. i did test for hsv 1 igg at 3 months post exposure which gave very high number 168 (negative is below 20). Although my mother and brother do develop cold sore but i never recall having cold sore. But i do have a persistent raised bump on my lip line after i had a bad itch 6 years ago..

I’ve been overthinking and im having bad sleep patterns thinking about this and i hope i can find a peace of mind since my dermatologist didnt agree it is hsv and never figured it out

The answer to your question is that you've seen three dermatologists. Three professionals don't feel it is anything to do with hsv. You also tested negative. Balanitis can continue to recur in the same spot. Did the derms offer to help you look into something beyond your anxious fear of herpes?

Thanks for your response .. but i did test positive (168.7) where negative value is below 20

No they stated that it was just dermatitis or some sort of eczema .. however i did apply clotrimazole for 2 weeks but it still recur every 2 weeks .. i did not have any symptoms of hsv following unprotected oral except this lesion which did appear at week 7 .. could this be some kind of atypical hsv symptoms? And would this high igg value could present with no initial outbreak? .. im sorry but it has been a very long 5 months of anxiety and depression.
Alright. Well, HSV 1 is extremely common. And three dermatologists did not feel you had genital herpes 1. I think your anxiety and depression may be unwarranted for a fear of ghsv1. What would it take for you to be able to relax about this? 3 doctors have said no. . .
I know that this should make me feel better .. but do you think if no symptoms of ghsv1 showed since exposure till now (5 months), i should rest assured it is oral hsv? .. sometimes i think i should've not get tested and wish i never knew.
A number that high is indicative of a previous, existing infection, likely an oral infection that you got and never knew about.

You've seen 3 derms that have said this is not hsv1 and tests say it's not.

Flakes suggest a fungal infection, but I can't tell you that for sure. Have any of the derms seen it at the flaky stage? Since it responds to the cream, it doesn't sound like herpes. Try using the cream a week past when it heals and see if that helps.
Thanks AJ .. i guess if it came back with flakes i go back to my dermatologist ..

Just quick question .. does ghsv1 recur frequently .. because mine kept coming every 2 weeks for the past three months .. total of 5 times .. no sore no blister was formed? If this not how hsv act i guess i should leave it and relax

As i said i do remember 6 years ago i had a bad itch on my lip line and after 2 weeks of that itch a raised bump was left on my lip line till now .. i dont know maybe it was improper healing of a cold sore.

Thank you so much these are my last questions and i really appreciate your time :)
No, that is not how ghsv1 acts. The average recurrence frequency for ghsv1 is less than once a year. Even ghsv2 doesn't recur that often - the average for that is 4-5x a year.

Try to remember that your test result doesn't indicate a newer infection. I don't know what was on your lip 6 years ago, but this isn't a new ghsv1 infection.

You really can let hsv go on this.
