Is this herpes? Started a week after oral sex

So I received oral sex 6 weeks ago.  About a week later my scrotum was burning. I also felt like I had the flue and a sore throat and pink eye.  I saw 3 little pimples under my scrotum but they were gone the next day I went to the doctors and he didn't think it was herpes. Now it's 6 weeks later I been sick on and off with sore throat and eye problems. My genitals were burning on the left side of my scrotum and I saw a red rash that was there only a couple of days. I have had lower back pain and burning off and on for the past 6 weeks and I have felt ill. Would a primary out bra last this long? Also I have been on amoxicillin from my doctor and I feel it is not working. Since their are no lesions to test I am nervous waiting for antibodies so I can have a blood test done

So a rash on the left side of my scrodum could not be herpes? It was there for two or three days but never did I see a blister

Primary outbreaks on scrotum are very very rare. Nothing you describe sounds like hsv. Bumps that go away in a day are not herpes lesions.
Getting hsv from a one time encounter where no cold sore was present is not likely at all. Your chances are almost zero.
