This was essentially a zero risk of herpes transmission.
The lack of sores and related herpetic symptoms is pretty conclusive you were not infected from the episode. No need for testing.
I forgot to mention that some of her saliva may have gotten on my penis since she gave me oral..i was not erect and the condom was not covering my whole flaccid penis..also i find it ironic to have All of the symptoms like flu like and leg and stomach pains but no sores or anything..also i have pins and needles in my legs..is it possible to get herpes just by rubbing your penis next to a vagina..or can you just get herpes on your pubic area without it being on your penis...Im extremely sorry for being annoying
also can herpes blisters look exactly like fordyce bumps or are they always different looking...im very nervous and have a SPLITTING headache. also is stomach pain always a sign..please im in a really bad place in my mind. im having all the symptoms but no sores..i went to the doctor and she laughed at me for being to paranoid about this..please respond
Thanks for answering my questions. i was wondering. somewhere i heard that if you had genital herpes the lymph nodes in your neck would become inflammed and you would have a white tongue. the info may have been wrong. also i want to add that how long would it take for the sores to appear after i have had all the symptoms or would the sores appear with the symptoms. i say this because i came down with a fever in which ive never had a fever before in my life and it was ironic that i had it 2 weeks after oral semi vaginal contact..i did not penetrate..thank you soooo much fleetwood20 for being patient with us medhelp users lol..
also would you say body twitch would be a sign..anyways im going to get a blood test done just to be sure but since being here and contacting you guys im pretty convinced that i may not even have it..this has been a crazy ordeal
I think you are getting carried away with statements like never having had a fever. They happen on a regular basis for many people as they fight off viruses and bacteria.
Another way of thinking about this is that the only true sign of being concerned about a herpes infection is lesions (even then they can be caused by other ailments). All other symptoms should considered downstream associated symptoms for a primary infection. You cannot 'upstream' any of them to even remotely and viably diagnose or indicate a herpes infection given the huge likelihood they are caused by something else.
Headaches and stomach pains are not symptoms of genital herpes.
You would expect to get blistery little patches that ulcerate and scab
Although your doctor shouldn't laugh, you are being unnecessarily concerned without having had an outbreak.
