Is this possibly Herpes?

I had unprotected sex 5 days ago for about 2 minutes. I was having trouble staying erect while using a condom (hence going unprotected). The next few days I began masturbating with a condom to try to get used to the feeling. Yesterday I noticed that I had two small bumps appear on the shaft of my penis. They are very small and just red enough to notice with scrutiny but not like REALLY RED. They are about a quarter inch apart from each other.

I also noticed a tiny red irritation or maybe even tiny red bump on the corner of the head of my penis. It seems to have faded slightly not sure. None of this itches, burns or tingles in any way. I also have no experienced any flu like symptoms and feel fine. I am just really scared this could still be herpes. Thoughts?

could possible be an irritation to latex if you don't use them often...I have had an almost similar situation that I am trying to figure out if it's herpes or was it a reaction to latex materials.

Worst case, if you're still worries, get an HSV-2 test (blood) test.

i agree i need to get checked for all these things and I plan to but for my peace of mind until then does this sound like herpes? (the red mark on the head of my penis has since faded almost completely) It's been a day now and the two red bumps have not increased in size or multiplied and there is still no itching, burning etc.

the best thing to do is to be seen and get these properly looked at.

because you had unprotected sex, you can follow up with proper testing at the proper times - chlamydia and gonorrhea after 1 week post encounter. syphilis anytime after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months.

female condoms are more expensive but they don't rely on maintaining an erection for use. something worth looking into if staying erect while using a condom continues to be an issue.
