doctor prescibed zoviraz.. just not sure if i have hsv2 yet
so i have this thing down there.. not painful, but it is noticeable.. its right at my right vaginal opening.. and is kind of red.. anyway.. im in the process of waiting for my test results to come back for hsv 1 and 2 using the igG and the igM test.. in the mean time, my doc prescribed me a cream.. i just wanted to know that, if the cream does'nt work, will that mean i don't have herpes? and also, how long does it take to start to feel results. or see results.
thank you.. and i will continue to add to this post. now i just feel like i have no need to keep applying this ointment... but i guess ill see what happens over time.. or until i get a call from the docs office with my swab and blood test results.
zovirax ointment is useless for herpes recurrences :( Your provider pretty much wasted your time and money.
waiting for your igg results is hard but at this point it's the best you can do.
