I would recommend a dermatologist, perhaps.

What type of doctor do i need to see to get the swab? And if this blood test is best most accurate test why would it not have picked up something 6 months after a possible occurence?
No, this isn't molluscum. Most STD screens do not include herpes testing, but she could certainly call to confirm that. Has she ever in her life had a cold sore? Does she give you oral sex? If yes, then she has HSV 1 infection and you could too. Again, please consider getting them swab tested right away. They do sound herpetic. And yes, the formation pattern can certainly be the case with herpes.

I would describe them a small blisters that look like water blisters from the a bad sun burn. My herpies 2 test was taken 6 months after this first outbreak, again showing to be negative. My fears rise again, but my partner says she gets test when she goes for her female visits. All i can do is ask and believe her. I have no reason to believe otherwise. Do herpes typically form and then a week later more form in the same area? Could this be molluscum Contagiosum?
Difficult to say what might be going on here, because what you might call a blister I might call something else. If indeed they are blisters, I would encourage you to go in right away and have a herpes swab test done from this area. Perhaps you have already gone in to have these examined, but if not, do it now. If you wait too long, they will change and you won't know what is going on. Has your partner been tested also for HSV 2? If yes, and she is negative and has no other partners, then it is very unlikely that this is herpes. If she has not been tested, then she should be. If she has herpes and doesn't know it, you could become infected several months after beginning a sexual relationship. If you have new infection, your antibody tests would be negative at the beginning, but become positive over time.
