Massage parlor, Scare, Herpes? STD?
okay i am really scare, i went to a massage parlor in vietnam 4 days ago (i am on vacation) i made a horrible mistake! that i wish i could take back ever since
i went in there to get a massage which led to unprotected oral sex, i couldnt resist temptation at the moment
after i was finish iw as sooo mad at myself for doing that, i gave into peer pressure + temption,
im about to go to stanford for pre-med and getting herpes or any type of STDs would ruin my motivation
i am really scare, i've never done anything this before, IM SOOO STUPID!
1) i want to know what are my risks of getting herpes from receiving oral sex from this sex worker? or any type of stds?
2) i have lower back pain/upset stomach which are some of the symptoms that other websites addressed, but i was just wondering if my high anxiety/depression/stress can cause this? i have been crying and stressed out ever since, i am really concern so i was wondering if it could lead to my lower back pain/upset stomach
3) i also have these tiny tiny red bumps surrounding my penis tip, i was wondering if they are lesion, you cant really see it far away but once u get like 1-2 feet close then u can see the tiny red bumps, plus i have occasion tingling on the tip of my penis
i cant get tested here in vietnam because my family is very strict and im afraid they will never talk to me again, and they will lose all respect for me so i cant get tested till i get back into the states, i am really really really scare/nervous/stress/depresss....
4) Bottom line: what are my chances of getting herpes/STDs from receving unprotected oral sex from a girl in a massage parlor in vietnam?

Yes, there is that possibility that you got some kind of STD... but the likelyhood is pretty low.
Let me ask you this, did those red bumps ever turn into blisters? Painful? Did they burst, or bleed? Did they discharge anything (white puss?)
If no to all of these, and none of the above happen... you can feel pretty confident when you get tested that it will be negative.
Do know this though... you received oral sex from a sex worker in a 3rd world country where she has probably provided these services to thousands of different men from all over the world. I am sure some of those men were HSV-2 positive that she serviced. There is a fairly decent chance that she has HSV-2 herself.
The chances that you caught HSV-2 from your single encounter with this lady... are pretty dang low though. For one, if she wasn't having an outbreak, at the time of the servicing... the chances of you catching it go down drastically... So if you couldn't see any sores on/around her lips, then even less to worry about. She could have had some inside her mouth though, but not as likely.
I wouldn't stress too much on it... you are probably fine, but I would get tested... If anything it will help you sleep at night.
