Meaning of HSV2 Antibodies Count Dropped?

I was diagnosed with HSV2 a year ago (June 2016) during routine std testing, my antibody count was 16 from that test. Since then, I have started seeing a new doctor who put me in Valtrex 500 mg/day and I had the test done again through their practice. In July 2017, my antibody count had dropped to 1.8 (IgG test). Is this drop in antibodies because of the meds? Is it normal for the antibody count to fluctuate? Should I have the test redone? If so, should I ask for the Western Blot test?

Positive antibody count was 16, they didn't give me the decimal point, and at 16, I don't think it mattered. This weeks test result was 1.8.

And I've had 2 outbreaks, in June 2016 which lead me to the doctor for testing, and in August 2016. It's been almost a year since my last outbreak. My first outbreak came on 6 months of abstaining from sex and after my lung collapsed from pneumonia which put me in the hospital with a really weak immune system.

What was the positive scale for the first test? Was it 1.1 like this test? You've never had an outbreak?
