New HSV-1 Diagnosis?! Help please.

I recently went on to get a full STD screening including herpes, every thing came back ok except for HSV-1 (blood test) IGG .. I think it was like 6.something... About 30 mins ago I noticed a small bump on my vagina that was filled with puss. After I squeeze the small amount of puss out its started to bleed .. Is this an indication of my first herpes OB?!

It is unusual for the lesions to bleed. You can go to a clinic and get it looked at and swabbed

This morning I've noticed that the bump I discovered yesterday is not healing as fast, it's still an open sore.. and stil bleeding a little. Does that indicate herpes at all?

It does differ. What you describe does not sound like hsv.

Hsv lesions are fluid filled blisters. They usually take two weeks to heal up

Yeah , I didn't think so either.. Because there was literally no pain, I even put witch hazel on it and still no pain! The only reason I noticed it is because I was about to shave, thank god I looked before I did. It's still a little red but it's starting to heal already! do herpes lesions usually contain puss, or clear liquidy fluid? and how long does it take a genitalOB to heal?

That does not sound like a hsv1 genital outbreak at all.  I would bet you have a hsv1 oral infection from your youth and don't get cold sores. This is common.
