Not sure what to think

I was tested for herpes and they indicated I had oral herpes. I get soars inside my mouth and under my tounge (not on the bottom of my tongue) but under it always flares up. However, i have been experiencing buring in and around my left ear frequently and getting headaches almost everyday. I also have frequent pain in my throat. I have gone to an oral surgeon and doesnt think i have oral herpes. Are these symptons of oral herpes? are there any suggestions that anyone has to reduce the headaches and burning in and around the ear?

Thanks in advance for anyone's input.

most adults will test + for hsv1 whether they can recall having had obvious cold sores or not. It's very common.

your symptoms you are describing that you get sound  more like canker sores which are different from herpes.  you can have both.

your ear burning and headaches are not an oral surgeon issue. see your regular doctor for those issues. they are not herpes issues either.
