Open sore on testicle

I have been having unprotected sex with my partner for 3 months now. Last week tuesday, a day after the last time we did it, I fell sick. My body was too cold and a had a very painful headache the whole week. It would get worse when I stood up or got out of bed. I also got a sty on my eye. I tried to make it disappear by holding a cloth with warm water against it but it just kept on growing. Its been exactly 7 days now. I also had a small pimple on my right testicle. At first I thought it was an ingrown hair but after a day it turned into an open sore. It hurts really bad and I can't really walk cause I hurt myself. I went to see the Dr and he said it might be syphilis. He injected me and gave me some tablets. But only the headache has gone. The sty and the open sore are getting worse. My partner has no symptoms or anything unusual and she claims to have never cheated. This just made me more confused. Please help. What could it be?

I'd definitely see a new doctor too. Syphilis chancres appear so rarely on the scrotum as to almost definitely be something else. If the doctor suspected syphilis he'd also have suggested your partner be tested and treated immediately.

The sty will most probably not be related to any STD.

Why don't you both seek STD panel testing explicitly requesting HSV IgG antibodies type specific for HSV1 and HSV2. Most STDs do not have observable symptoms.

Hi, open sores on the testicle is not a place for a first time outbreak but could be for recurrent, meaning someone already has herpes but even at that the location is rare. Have it swabbed if your concerned.
