Please Help Me - I Might Have Herpes and I'm so worried I feel sick.

Anyone with info please help me!

8 Days ago I shaved my pubic region and genitals, That same day I had sex with a new partner.
Days have passed and at first I thought I just had ingrown hairs from shaving but now I'm getting really worried that there are multiple at the base of my shaft. I did use protection during and she claims she had no STDs. I have also been wearing tight fitting underwear for the last week which I know can cause infection of ingrown hairs. There are only a few of them, maybe 4, but it's very worrisome. They do not itch or burn and it does not hurt to urinate. I popped one the other day and it had white, brown, and yellow liquid, but I don't know if it was a zit or herpes. I didn't hurt any more than a regular zit to pop. I have pics but I don't know how to post them here.

Thanks for any information.

Puss is a good sign as hsv lesions are fluid filled not puss filled

I don't suspect hsv. I would however have the sores looked at by your physician. If you do make sure they do a swab test on the sores

Thank you, that makes me really hopeful you don't suspect it. She also claims she recently got tested and has nothing, not that you can believe everything people tell you but between your opinion and that I think I'll be okay. I popped each of the zits and got the puss out so they can heal and washed the area with soap and water.
