Please help me for diagnosis

Hello friends,

in 12-June-2009 I felt of pain in my throat, after one day I found some white sores in my tongue it was very painful, I wnet to the Doctor and give me (Azithromycin) and somw medicines, after that and in 14-June-2006, my tongue and my inside lips havs very very painful white sores, I went to another doctor that gave me (DIFLUCAN and Daktarine oral gel), in 16-june-2006 I couldn't open my mouth, I couldn't eat and talk, I was very sick, after that i went to the same Doctor that gave me (Zovirax Tablet 400 MG, 2 tablet every 4 hours), I felt OK and I could eat and speak again, around 90% the sores dissapeared, after one week I looked to my tongue and I found some small yellow-white granules on my tongue, these soreses increased and then decreased but I still have it on rear of my tongue, I made these analysis during July and august:

HIV ELISA : Negative

HSV-1 IgG Negative 2
HSV-1 IgM Negative 4

Tongue Swab ( found MRSA -Positive- (Many) ) (Candida supp. - No growth)

KOH examination for Fungi  from Tongue ( Absent )

after these analysis, I went to another Doctor that gave me (Azithromycin) for (MRSA) for 7 days start from 25-june-2009 to 2-Aug-2009, but the granules still on my tongue and now after I taked Azithromycin, I have diarrhea.

ok, i cameback to the doctor that she gave me (Zovirax) and I showed her the analysis, she told me because you respond to zovirax so you were have HSV, I asked her for MRSA that appeared in Tongue swab, she told me you don't have MRSA, it's normal to apeeare in this analysis.

Ok Iam really confused, I don't know what is in my tongue and what is my situation , what is the medicine that can treat me, will I infect my girlFriend when she will be my wife, or what?????? !!!!!

I wouldn't bother taking more acyclovir from what you've posted. If you are still concerned about lesions you are seeing in your mouth, return to your provider for further evaluation.  A consult to an ENT specialist would also be a good consult at this point too.

Should I take acyclovir NOW, and if the symptoms dissapeared so I have HSV !!

Many things can cause mouth symptoms like you've described.  At this point since a herpes culture wasn't done prior to starting the acyclovir, no way to know easily if it's due to herpes or not. continue to follow up as needed if your symptoms continue.

No, you aren't going to culture out mrsa on everyone from their mouths either.
