am I at risk?

Hello
last saturday night I had sex with a SW it involved a bit of kissing, protected vaginal sex, 10 seconds of unprotected oral sex followed by protected oral sex.

about 48 hours later the upper part of my buttocks (between the  upper part of the butt cheeks about 5cm from the anus) produced some bleeding and I saw now a bright red spot there, it does not itch much anymore and when I touch it it does not hurt. It is not a hemorroid or fissure as far as I can see if anything it looks like a bit of peeled skin.
there was no contact at all with the rectal area during intercourse

am I at risk of herpes?anything else? do symptoms show  up after a bit less than 48hs? (light itching was there before but increased 48 hs after the incident). I have no other symptoms other than anxiety
any help will be much appreciated

best thing to do is to be seen and get this properly looked at.  it doesn't sound like herpes but it could be any number of things going on.
