Please help!

I have been reading this forum and first want to thank everyone that contributes to educate people like me.

My questions is regarding an exposure I had December 12th with a sex worker. She performed protected oral sex for maybe 49seconda and then we proceeded to have protected vaginal sex.

The sex ( sorry for being graphic ) was doggy style and I'm scare that my scrotum touching her vaginal might had exposed me to herpes. She had red spots on the lower part of the front of her lower thighs, maybe 2 or 3, none visible in her caginal or buttocks. What are the chances I contracted heroes from this exposure.

At 3 weeks I went and got a blood test

Hsv 1 0.57
Hsv 2 0.10

I had a sore throat at week 4 that lasted 2 weeks and constant diarrhea. Thank you for the answer in advance.

Ok now I'm really scared. Thursday morning I masturbated and around 11pm I went to pee and saw about 7 red bumps on my penis head. They were red and did not hurt, also there seemed to be a blister right under the penis head. The blister and red bumps disappeared by Friday and all I have left is red spots in my penis which don't hurt. I'm really scared. Please tell if this could be from the friction in masturbating.

To contract syphilis she would need an active canker sore and you would need a open sore for the virus to enter. Needs direct contact. I only mention this for her protection. If you said you were not married i would not have suggest it at all.

The numbers arent real familar to be. The most common test says anything below 1.2 is negative not really sure about your number at .57 it sould be .5 so you might want to verify the range numbers of your test but below zero would be negative either way.
If your not sure of body contact and your concerned about your wife have a test for syphilis as well a the 6 week mark.
