Positive HSV 2 result 1.14

Two days after having a hook up with no anal sex, I began to get what itchiness and smelliness around the head of my penis. I also saw white around the head I'm pretty sure ( been a while). Looked like a yeast infection, which I have had. I went to the store put some lomotrin on and then found my nyastatin. I saw  bright red areas two of them as the week progressed and redness around my foreskin. Finally called my dermatologist friend and rx me diflucan oral. After taking it the diflucan pill my symptoms vastly improved over 24hrs. After all the symptoms resolved, I've noticed a cluster of what white spots. I went to my home dermatologist she looked at it and told her that it was hpv, which I was diagnosed in end of January 2016. As the symptoms resolved I developed what felt like an upper respiratory infection from my air conditioner, chills cough. I decided to get my std checklist done form an online Clinc and my HSV 1 was 4.75 and HSV 2 was 1.14, positive. In January my HSV 1 level was 40 something with an HSV 2 level of 0.1. I have had severe cold cores starting a year and half ago but nothing for a year. I'm hoping this is just a false positive because the diflucan resolved all symptoms. Could this be a cross reactivity since my levels are so high? Very scared and emotional. Hopefully someone can help?

I tested false positive with an igg blood test. The following tests all came back negative. It all depends on what ever the test saw still being present.

I mean all I can do is hope and wait. Im praying that this a false positive and cross over from HSV 1. If the second test come back positive then my doctor also said i can refer me to and ID doctor who can tell me more about how the tests are done and what it means.
Also thank you very much for your responses!

It can be cross over. This is quite common. I would have another test in a week or so and see what happens. If that test is negative then it was a low false positive

So i just got back from the dermatologist office and he said to retest next month as well and see if it climbs. Also I ve read here that if you tested false positive once you are probably going to test false positive again? So then i need the western blot?
