My questions

Thank you for providing such a wonderful form for us to ask questions. I have done my homework and haven't received a great answer so I wanted to get your advice and handling for this difficult challenge and get some last reassurance. I have done a few dumb things in my life and none as dumb as now. In jan I had unprotected (received and gave) oral sex. From this one encounter I have tested 3 times up until 23 weeks using igg test.Today I noticed some numbness in my right leg for a 2 days. I also had a single red hard bump that later turned purple while I was tring to pop it.

The last week of may I ended up kissing a girl whom I don't know if she has HSV I didn't see anything but she had lots of makeup on. 20 Days later I was outside in an hot and humid climate some place I haven't been in a long time and noticed my lips were burning.  I figured it was all the licking that I did and kissing to my girlfriend (which is not the girl I kissed 20 days ago) led to some issues. The burning went on for a few days during this time I got a sore throat also figured nothing about it and moved on. Went to a derm doc for the lips and he said all is clear nothing to worry about said the sore throat could have been anything looked and didn't see much (didn't use flash light) my neck was sore and "tough" but he said no on lyphnodes being enlarged. 9 days later my lips started to burn again in the center I was outside all day neck was sunburn my eyes were sun burn. My PCP said it was just sunburn lips and nothing else. A night ago while I was eating my lip felt like a huge bump came and when it did it felt like it moved towards my lower lip where it started going down and feels like nothing from last night like its gone away. However, my sore throat came back and it appears the left side of my throat is red. I also feel like I am swallowing a lot and it feels like may phlem but I am not sure. My tongue has what appears bald spots on the front no pain when eating.

What do you think?

None of your symptoms sound herpetic to me.  I think you've been having some contact with people other than your regular girlfriend and these contacts have you worried.  You may be significantly more aware of these body sensations than you were prior to these contacts, but because of these contacts, your are observing everything that is going on with yourself in body locations where contact took place.  This is not an unreasonable thing to do, but it does cause a hyperawareness that is probably misleading you.  Since all of your tests were negative, I would strongly suggest that you believe the tests and move on with your life.  These worries will likely take away from your enjoyment of your life and your partner, and they can become obsessive in nature.  For now, please try to believe your test results, and when these thoughts and worries come into your head, push them aside and remind yourself that your tests are negative.  Do this each time they intrude into your thoughts.  I really believe your tests are correct.

I also forgot to mention he said the sides of the lips appeared to be cracked and gave me a medicine for it.
